Below are screenshots confirming receipt, denial, or non-response to several of my Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) requests submitted to various Chester County public entities. Where my requests were denied, or not substantively answered within the statutory timeframe, I lawfully filed appeals.
These matters are part of the public record. Anyone may submit their own RTK request to obtain redacted copies of the records and appeals. Because I am the creator of many of these filings, I also share the complete, unredacted versions privately with members of my Private Membership Association / Skool community for educational and accountability purposes.

NOTE: The East Pikeland Township Police Department denied my RTKL request by invoking the “criminal investigation” exemption, in a matter where I reported myself as the complaining witness. To date, I have not received any written confirmation as to whether that investigation is open, closed, or inactive. My last documented communication with EPPD, where I forwarded additional evidence, was in November 2024.
The detective originally assigned to my matter (Officer Juisti) is no longer employed by EPPD, and I have not been notified of any new investigator or of any suspect interviews being conducted. The Pennsylvania Office of Open Records has transferred my appeal in this case to the Chester County District Attorney’s RTKL appeals officer. Separately, I also have an RTKL appeal pending with the DA’s Office seeking records concerning alleged witness intimidation that were not disclosed to the defense before trial.
