Entry No. 018 · Branch II — Sequence and Documentation
Gated Works and the Removal Cycle
A documented pattern: original works obtained without license, redistributed, and repeatedly removed under platform review.
Four Marks of Diligence AwardedGated content is not public content. Unlisted, private, and password-protected material carries the same protection whether or not that protection is respected. Platform findings recorded here are the platform’s own determinations, not the requester’s allegation.

Platform Documentation
Platform Review Record — December 2025
A video recording was reported and reviewed. The platform’s own determination: removed. The platform categorized the report, conducted its review independent of the requester, and confirmed the violation before the content was taken down.

Institutional Actors, by Role
A District Board Director
RTK production confirmed possession of downloaded copies of gated newsletter content, obtained outside the licensed membership. A separate, independent process — the standard procedure for responding to a copyright notice — confirmed unauthorized redistribution of the same material.
A Second Board Director
RTK production documents this director forwarding privately obtained material — including gated written works — to a school administrator through official board correspondence.

Curatorial Note
This entry has been substantially revised from its original presentation, not merely re-styled. Two elements present in the source were removed rather than neutralized: a claim linking a specific individual to an anonymous online account, and material describing a third party with no connection to the underlying institutional dispute. Both were judged to cross from documentation into character claims the underlying record does not adequately support on its own terms. What remains — platform findings, RTK-production facts, and role-based description of institutional actors — is presented consistent with the standard applied throughout this collection.
Assigned Entry No. 018, resolving a numbering duplicate present on the source registry (both this entry and “Records or Sworn Denial” originally carried #006).
