An archive, not an argument.
This Registry is a public, records-based archive documenting an attempt by a private citizen to engage a public school board on matters affecting private citizens and children — and what followed.
The record traces the development and enforcement of a long-term exclusion from public property, including the involvement of a school district, Pennsylvania State Police, two municipal police departments, individual officers and police chiefs, township and school solicitors, public defenders, county detectives, assistant district attorneys, probation personnel, and school board directors acting in both official and private capacities.
Across those institutions, the archive examines a simple set of questions:
What was alleged? What evidence existed? Who communicated with whom? What authority was relied upon? What process was available to challenge the exclusion? And what happened when those questions were asked?
The Registry does not ask visitors to accept my characterization of those events. Wherever possible, it preserves the underlying record: emails, correspondence, police records, court filings and transcripts, public-record responses, administrative determinations, recordings, and other source materials.
Some records support competing interpretations. Some reveal gaps. Some raise additional questions. The distinction matters.
The purpose is not to tell the visitor what conclusion to reach. It is to make the record sufficiently accessible that the visitor can reach one independently.
