Anthony Falgiatore previously served in two public roles: as an Octorara Area School District Board Director and as a Sergeant with the East Whiteland Township Police Department. In a recorded interview with the Lancaster Patriot, he described testifying at John Ryan Miller’s preliminary hearing.
“I testified on behalf of Ryan. In essence, I’m testifying against the state police and the school board at that point.”

Falgiatore said that approximately one to two weeks later, his police chief told him the Pennsylvania State Police had contacted him because they were concerned about Falgiatore’s testimony — and had supplied a transcript, referencing a specific statement: Falgiatore’s professional assessment that the underlying investigation had been “lacking many elements.”

Who contacted the chief, when, and what was communicated. Who transmitted the transcript. Whether the contact was documented. Whether any internal or external review, counseling, or corrective action was discussed. Which agencies retained records of the communication.
