You need some context. I am a resident of Kimberton and the East Pikeland Police Department have had some issues related to investigating reported crimes against myself, my family, and involved a law enforcement officer and his family out of Frazer, PA. I just learned that the Board of Supervisors terminated the investigating officer Joseph Juisti which I am surprised that I had not been contacted at all involving officer Juisti. But, I do believe I have a pretty good understanding as to why that isn’t happening. This informaation became known to me recently when speaking with Officer Corbo and Corporal Weaver. That conversation was probably more involved than they may have liked. I waited a few days then drafted the following letter directly to Officer Dan Corbo. If you question the authenticity or accuracy of this letter, I assert that a RTKL would produce this exact text unless it was modified by others. This letter was sent with a read receipt request which was not acknowledged. The email was sent to DCorbo@eastpikeland.org, which is an official email address. Please read this communication below, before continuing.

Dan,

Thank you again for taking time to talk with me on July 24. I am hopeful that allowing a week to pass may have provided some comfort. I’m reaching out as a brother in Christ who wants to “speak the truth in love” (Eph 4:15) and walk in the light (1 Jn 1:7). My goal is clarity and restoration, not conflict.

To that end, could you please help me with three specific items we discussed:

  1. Website ownership confirmation. Did East Pikeland’s search warrant results reflect that CulturalContrarian.org is owned by Brian P. Fox? If so, would you provide a brief written confirmation or point me to the document where that appears?
  2. Missing evidence from E. Whiteland. Can you share (or obtain from the Chief) a short explanation of why materials from East Whiteland PD were not obtained/considered in my matter?
  3. Status on interviews re: Kim Zimmerman. Has Officer Paris conducted in-office suspect interviews regarding the harms I reported? If yes, when; if no, what is the plan?
  4. This last one wasn’t audible by me, but I’m curious. Why was East Pikeland silent not communicating to the DA’s office, my lawyer, PSP investigators and the court about witness intimidation and harms against my family (and officer Falgiatore’s family) that impacted my trial.

I know your role carries tension. I’m not asking you to take sides—only to help ensure the record reflects truth. If you’re willing, a brief reply by Friday, August 8 with either (a) the confirmations, or (b) who can provide them, would be a real service.

If I’ve misunderstood anything from our conversation, please correct me. “A gentle answer turns away wrath” (Prov 15:1), and I’m committed to that posture.

Thank you, Dan. I’m praying for wisdom for both of us.In truth and love,
 John Ryan Miller

I attempted private resolution with East Pikeland Officer Dan Corbo, who also serves as a visible member of my faith community. My outreach, documenting lawful concern and accountability under oath, has received no response. Given the public interest and potential risk to due process, I am now placing this communication into the public record, and it will be formally included in a pending Superior Court submission.

Why the silence?
I recognize that Officer Corbo may be under institutional pressure — unable or unwilling to respond due to unspoken orders or unspoken fears. It is tragically common in these systems: protecting pensions, preserving promotions, maintaining pride, and insulating peers takes precedence over the harder path of integrity and brotherly accountability.

But when silence protects unrighteousness and punishes transparency, that silence becomes complicity.

I do not judge Dan’s heart, but I know the system he’s inside of. The discomfort of walking in the Fruit of the Spirit — especially when it costs something — is too often traded for the comfort of the “Five P’s”: Paycheck. Pension. Promotion. Pride. Protection.

That’s why this has to be made public. Not to shame, but to witness. Not to destroy, but to convict. Not to corner, but to call up — to truth.

The administrative process of our legal, justice system is near impossible to convey to anyone who has not been immersed in the process. My documenting my particular journey, is to voluminous to consume and honestly uncomfortable to acknowledge. I am prayerful that my personal witness, testimony, will eventually be in the full light for the lawyers, public servants, and others who have premeditatedly harmed officers like Joseph Juisti and Anthony Falgiatore. Narrative by others must be in contrast to the evidence which is being shielded from being seen. I share here just my personal piece involving someone who reveres the same King which I do. It is possible in this situation, our King’s are not the same.

Part of Quia Timet is providing notice to those in authority who may chose to use their authority (possibly unlawfully – private person capacity) to not harm people. Potentially irreparable harm as in the case of certain named individuals being obstructed by public officials. I have walked out the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate attempting to caution public officials. I do not restrain anyone’s free will. We are all responsible for our actions and decisions (Me included). Narratives only go so far, when examined in the full light, full context of evidence. Very few have ventured down the path of examination and that is to be expected when being “of” the world. I’ve endured the administrative process and it’s not quite complete, but I wanted to share this just as an example of pointing to the pond filled with fish.
