Where Do These Feelings Come From?
Trace the three roots — heredity, environment, and brain chemistry. Not to assign blame, but to gain clarity. You can’t clean the water without acknowledging what’s in the glass.
WEEK 03
Interrupting the Cycle
CBT, ACT, and nervous system tools that help you interrupt imposter loops. In therapy it’s called cognitive defusion. In Scripture it’s called renewing your mind.
WEEK 04
Meeting Your Inner Critic
Rewrite the narrative. The Inner Critic vs. Inner Truth framework helps you catch the lie, challenge it, and replace it — one thought at a time.
WEEK 05
The Truth-Telling Framework
ABC + 3 Truths — the most practical tool in the course. Awareness. Belief. Correction. Then three specific truths spoken out loud. The imposter voice gets quieter when you speak your truth louder.
WEEK 06
Reclaiming Your Identity

No. This is faith-integrated mentorship and coaching — not clinical therapy or mental health treatment. The course draws on psychological frameworks including CBT and ACT as educational tools, not as clinical intervention. Do I need to be a person of faith to benefit from this course?
The course is built from a biblical worldview and the Scripture integration is genuine, not decorative. That said, the psychological frameworks — CBT, ACT, Polyvagal Theory, neuroplasticity — are universal. Readers of all backgrounds have found value in the content. The faith layer is offered as foundation, not requirement.
